I would say Bleached bone with White highlights... 8Y
Thanks to all the people showing faith in me
I sometimes feel that everyone will leave me and they will be on their own...
I second the bleached bone with white highlights although if I remember correctly another color that compliments blue is orange...not positive on that
I would also say bleached bone as it is a nice neutral next to blue - however then you have to compete with the already bone/white wraps around the arms and legs... I would suggest perhaps brown... another neutral that should work well. Medium or light might work best - really up to you...

As counterpoint for the white, you could also try black. Or for that matter, a lighter (or darker) shade of blue, same or similar hue, but in a different shade.
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!

I'm working on a Squad of SoB Seraphim in a similar colour scheme, actually... I decided to use a bright orange as a counter for their blue armour. It's a bit of a lighter blue, and I was pretty worried that it was going to be way too bright, but IMHO it really works - I'm rather proud of it, honestly.
I'll go dig around for my camera and see about getting some pics up for reference. Back in a bit.
Okay, that took longer than expected... Here you go:
