    warped resin

I finally got my forge world landraider doors today and the one for the front ramp is a bit warped. I remember reading somewhere that you can stick resin pieces in hot water to straighten them out but i cant find it agian. So can anyone tell me how hot of water and for how long? Thanks in advance.

What I did for the whips on my FW Bloodthirster was just put a big microwave safe bowl in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes and then slightly bend them. But you could possibly write to forgeworld and explain that your product was warped and they might send you a whole new kit, last summer I bought a red scorpion upgrade kit and it came 4 weeks late so FW gave me 2 kits, but then they were terrible casts, so they sent me 2 new kits that were better so i ended up with 3 free kits.

But your best bet is to heat the water for about 1 minute 30 seconds.

I would go with hot water over microwaving the resin itself. The water will heat it up more evenly. Be careful you don't scald yourself.
