Well, I think I want to include some Oblits in my Night Lords army, but I'm in a pickle.
I like the Obliterator models alright, but I just don't think they look Night Lordy, ya know? I've been trying to think of something to convert or add on to the current model, but I'm drawing blanks. I was thinking of something big and skeletal, but I don't think thats gonna work out.
My last resort will be to just use the current model, or try to convert some of the termies into something cool, but that might get confusing.
Any help, ideas, etc, will be very helpful and much appreciated.
(even just pics of converted oblits would help)
Convert termies would be better, I don't particularly like the oblit models and it would add some character to them if they are all made seperately.
If you're looking for NL conversions, then why not take the existing bat wings off of the NL helmets and glue them to the obliterators?
Spambot kill tally. . .337
you could take some wings from the possessed models and stick them on there backs.
Thanks for the ideas guys, but I'm still kind of blurry on what I want.
I like the Oblits because I think the models are pretty cool (they're HHUUGGEE) so I'll probably end up using those models.
The only gripe I have with the termies is that they're too small for what I want. They'd be much easier to work with because of the plastic, but I think it's gonna be hard to achieve what I want with them.
Does anybody know of a model with bone armor? I was thinking about outfitting a regular CSM model with Obliterator weaponry and giving him some mean, bone/skull armor and making him some kind of uber-marine with tons of guns. I would definitely be a little less intimidating but it could be cool. Watcha guys think?
