Does anyone have a good easy color scheme? Thanks.

I like the one I came up for my army I tried to keep, Swarm Snowblind, a winter theme army. All you do is prime black and drybrush several layers of white. Came out pretty good. Exposed tendons where a sickly color of pink and the eyes red.
The one in the main 40k rule book is about as simple as it gets imo, paint the claws and stuff yellow, then just do the mouth. Same thing for the bigger stuff but little simple designs on the carapace.

I don't have Tyranids, but I saw a nature show about locusts once that made me think of 'Nids immediately. They have three different stages, all with different colors (could allow you to do gaunts differently than MCs). The adults are a brilliant black and yellow. I couldn't find a good picture on line, but the colors made me want to run out and buy nids. Made me think of the beetle-themed bugs in the 4th edition rule book. And come on, locusts are perfect for that horde!
this is how I chose to do my second tyranid army.
very bright colors with alot of glazing.and hightlighting. armour is blood red with a highlight of blazing orange and skin is enchanted blue with a drybrush of ice blue. posion and mouth parts are goblin green with a scorp green highlight. I vary on the glazes if at all. this one was just a quick wash of armourwash.
