what would be good camo colours for imperial guard in cityfight?
<span style='color:red'>-=read the sigrules=-</span>
Well, I have a small band of cadians, painted in Chaos black, fortress grey and skull white. The white divides the black and grey in a zig-zag pattern. I primed them in white and base coated in fortress grey. The rest came esay.
Any browns, blacks and greys would work for any city camo.
If Wolves were meant to fly, wouldn’t the Emperor have given them wings?
My suggestion would be to go to a website that sells BDU's and cop clothing and they would probably have some good camo patterns to use.

i like a medium dark mellow blue, with black and white, like the flag of estonia, it looks cool

I used regal blue for armour and gun chassis, then ice blue for cloth with Shadow grey in cracked lines to add the camo effect.
Basically any type of dark, blues, blacks, greys, browns or greens are good for cityfight camo.

Try fortress grey fatigues with shadow grey patches with small groupings of black & white dots. Darkened down codex grey for shoulder pads and you're done!

im not sure if you saw those urban camo guys in the IG section, there mine and if your lookign for something like that what i did was under coat black, paint the cloth areas codex grey, then water down fortress grey and do 2 thin washes of it. if you want you can paint black dashes on the cloth with a white dash above it, for the armor keep it black and if you want a beat up rusty look, dry brush mithril silver and highlight any areas you want with tin bits to make it rusty, hope this helps

for camo I would suggest outlining the two colours with a think black line. it makes the camo stand out on a model and generally makes it look much better... of course if you can make it look great without it then do it that way as it's more realistic
Just make them have dark sober colours that would help the men blend in with the dark/dusty/smokey atmosphere in a wartorn city. Any colour would look good. I think some dark red shoulder pads would look sweet. Like the ones on the City fight codex

well hey, it's cityfight. Don't even think about getting anywhere near the reds, yellows, or greens. Or anything inbetween those. Get to the dark blues, greys, blacks, and maybe a bit of whites. Formulate something out of that. Remember, cities have more straight edges, unlike natural places, so make the camo with straight lines (polygons basically) and maybe black-and-white dots around the camo as "rubble". Grey would be best. Maybe a light grey, and a darker grey/grey-blue for the secondary color. There's a whole article about camo on the GW site, so go to the Imp Guard section and check it out.
