how long do you let it sit before you can be confident your models won't fall apart, considering you use the proper glue?
GW super glue = 2 yrs metal models, 15+ plastic
<_< sorry i thought you meant how long it would last, but yea, 1 min for plastic, 1-2 hrs for metal

super glue = 20 - 30 seconds
PVA glue = let sit for a few hours
...you can tell which one is higher in my good books.
For plastic use polysterine cement. It takes a while for stuff to stick but once it does it will not go anwhere for a while.

I think that the GW superglue is the best I've used so far. Adheres in a few minutes and lasts forever. It works for both plastic and metal or any combo of the two. I've never been disappointed by it yet.

My plastic is good in a minute. I use the testers stuff in the orange tube. Works like a charm. Metal on the other hand can take me hours apon hours to get to hold
10 to 20 seconds.
