does anyone remember the W/D article about how to build the bridge of khazak doom (you know the one where gandelf plays with the baharock) well the guys used a spray foam to make the mountain, ive been looking for this stuff ever since & have finally found it (bless the adverts on the telly) its the unibond spray filler & it comes in up to 700 ml cans heres the link to it
this stuff makes rugged looking mountains or terain pieces easy
WARMASTER of the SCHOLA PROGENIUM Alnwick Chapter (soon to be the world)
I made a volcano out of card board and paper umm how ever it is spelt. Moche or something in 2nd grade for a project. Looked cool and was real easy
Hey I know the stuff you mean...
The foam your talking about is the same type as I would call insulation foam for concrete fundaments.
Very nice stuff, you can just spray the stuff like you like it, and then just cut it into the desired shape.
Although personally I would rather make a mountain out of polystyrene, wood and other stuff.
I know that stuff too, and yes it is great for making mountains and also to fill out more fragile struktures. Just pleeease remember to use it outside or in a wellventilated room.
EH&S first people!
But generally making a mountain out of polystyrene, isn't that possible too?
