Games Workshop Online Store — Champion of Khorne (1 figure)
Games Workshop Online Store — Champion of Slaanesh (1 figure)
Do they look suitably futuristic to be used in a 40k setting?
I get the idea from various chaos fluff that chaos is timeless - but will these chaps look too out of place next to power armour?
Are they any smaller than regular marines?
What would you recommend to change their appearance to look more 40k ish? I have no experience with green stuff whatsoever, so I'd prefer not to use it.
Its for my own chaos army - they are supposed to be CSM but I wanted to use something different to represent them rather than yet more power armour.
I can't say I've seen it all but I live for the things that keep me hollow.
FB models are smaller than 40k ones. You can still use the heads and weapons though, and not too many will notice. It'll probably look better than the normal models. ;Y

I'm using the Champion of Tzeentch model in a conversion and the scale seems fine (if anything he stands a little taller). I think either of those could potentially work well. One of the main things to add to make them more 40kish are backpacks (probably easier on the Slaanesh model). Otherwise it's just a matter of making sure the model represents the gear you'll want to give the model's supposed to have (ie, if he has a bolt pistol, get a pistol on the model somehow).
Thousand Sons ~2750 points | Eldar ~1000 points
Tzeentch Daemons ~2000 points
If you add some more futuristic details on both of the Champions then they will be all right! I think a bolter or bolt pistol on the Champion of Khorne and another one in the Slaanesh...
Thanks to all the people showing faith in me
