Welcome to Librarium Online!
Hello all bug fans,
I decided to open buglands doors to other artists Hivefleets, this is my little way of saying "thank you for inspiring my work" to the artists of these fleets.
Also its a way of showing all bugfans that there are superb and extremelly creative Hive fleets outhere and now a couple of them are covered with all details on buglands and they will be updated as often as the artists invited wish to do that.
Bug brother Leech and Gareth are the first ones invited and will have total freedom to use Buglands to nest their hive fleets contents.
And the first one Online is HIVE FLEET SCORPIO from Leech, have fun browsing his extremelly inspiring fleet.
Can others post details and pictures of there hive fleets to be added?
I have one hive fleet (2000pts) all ready and painted.
And my second converted hive fleet (1500pts) is very close to completion,
I just have one unit of Zoats left to paint.
I have already posted some pictures ( I will be posting better ones this weekend)
and fluff, but I’m happy to repost it so you can see if it’s good enough for your site?
I AM BOOMER!
I will try to explain how and why these fleets got selected to enter buglands.
-I have been following these fleets for some time and the artists showed constant work on them so they do take the time to give love to their bugs and they are doing this for a long time.
-Both fleets dont have a site and this is very important to me because theres no need to cover them if they already have been covered elsewere.
-Fleets should be original and appeal both to the talented painter as well as the sculptor, what I'm saying is that Fleets need to stand out in both areas.
-Fleets should have a strong theme atached to them and that theme should respect tyranid fluff and concepts... for example a tyranid army based on machines just will not fit good on Buglands.
So in short those were some of the main reasons, my goal with this is to provide a home to some outstanding hand picked fleets so that they can be seen by all bug fans. I could make a open gallery to all fleets but thats a bit to much out of the scope of what i have in mind for the site... I rather have a couple fleets covered in all details than lots of fleets with just some pics.
At this time i will give my time on working and designing pages for Leech and gareth, lets see how it works out and if I manage to have more time i will search more fleets and invite them.
Time is short so i have to be very selective
Took the time and seen your galleries, good stuff and original convos mate, keep it up and who knows if in the future we will manage to work with each other on buglands... I do think theres some room for improvement paint wise mate...
Keep on showing bug love.
Splendid choices there. Nice site too
I have to say I wish to thank Navarro for including my swarm on his Buglands site. Very kind of you to do so. The layout is great and the scorpions in the purple background is a very nice touch. Again thankyou very much, I glad to add to your site.
would it be possible, if i started buying tryanids some really soon and started working on a few just to show you what my army theme would be, how good i am at converting/painting and proved my worth to you, how long would i have?
On a second note your website is extremely professional and easy to navigate, so complements to you!

Looks fantastic. Both fleets are great additions to an already fantastic site. Congrats to all of you. For some reason the link to Gareth's fleet isn't working for me though, although knowing Gareth, I'm sure it looks fantastic. Thanks for reminding me how sucky my models look in comparison
Oh, and leech, you really should make a model of that sketch one day
