I was wondering that because iron warriors do not really mutate as such but instead they attach bionic limbs to themselves how the hell do you construct a unit of possessed? Do I scrap the mutation idea and just add the bionics? And if so do you think using Necron arms and so forth would be suitable? I’m think that the size of the necron arms would look too small.
Well your best bet for bionic components is to use parts from Necromunda Pit Slaves and The bionics from the Iron Hands tactical squad.
However the main reason why Necron arms appear small is the lack of shoulder pads so you may want to try adding some to "bulk them out" a little.
As for mutations- tenticles and arm mutations would probably be removed- however that doesn't stop them having deformed faces like on the mutation sprue (unless they amputate heads)
If you do use the tenticle/claw/huge hand you could insert wires into it to make a techno organic look.

Well since they use daemons to power bionic enhancements (therefore possessed enhancements) I'd go with the bionics part. For nifty daemonic talons, I'd get plenty of Fabius bile Churgeons and attach the arms to the backpack. Sort of like miniature churgeons.
Mel: Aye that Iw do use bionics and mechanic stuff. Since they are mostly machine. But there is alot of bits to use at your dispose to do some kickass conversions. Here is a few links that might be helpful. ^^

Also, there are some models with bionic eyes, but I can't find them =/
