Ok so I'm an ultra noob terrain builder. I just made myself a variation of the bunker in the 4th edition rule book, to fit it together i used some sticky tape. Now i've come to paint over it and found that paint+sticky tape smooth surface= paint sliding off, does anybody know an easy way to fix this, just keep adding layers maybe?
Oh and making terrain is heaps of fun!! lol.

I've never painted over sticky tape before, though I would suggest coating the tape with thinned down PVA glue and sticking some paper on. That should provide a much better surface to paint on.

Well ages ago i tried to make a dead tree out of masking tape and some wire so i painted it all brown it doesnt work too well on sticky tape ull probs have to put an undercoat on then lots of paint
If your gonna use a tape, masking tape is the way to go. Its pretty much paper.
