They look great! Warhammer Quest is one of my favorite 'board' games of all time. I try to play that game every few weekends. A buddy of mine collects the monsters/characters.
He got his game off of ebay and its in fantastic quality.

Saim-Hann Eldar: 5000 Points
I have the original warrior quest. The game is very strange. I don't really like it. But I like those models Gareth. They seem a little out of proportion.
The Great Plague meets The Devourer of The Galaxy. What does that make us?
Ahh the good old days. I had hero quest and warhammer quest, well i say 'i' but it was my sisters really. When she moved out i err 'borrowed' a few models for my necromatic blood bowl team, mostly as coaches and assistants. Best being the above wizard painted up as Rincewind with Wizzard on the base
Paint job is fantastic because of the old school painting (large blocks of colour, simple colour scheems) but giving it a modern twist with shading on the clothes and the gems. Rep for you for the nostalgia.

I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand
Success is the ability to go from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm.
I remember picking up a box of these once, instant adventuring party
I would love to see some more of these old-school getting such lovely paintjobs, it really does bring back nostalgia!
Don't suppose you've got a Hero Quest Gargoyle kncoking around in the bitz box?
Good paint job. This its hillarious how the warrior has a crux terminatus on his belt buckle ^^
The "crux Terminatus" is also a symbol of the Empire as well, so it is conceivable the barbarian could've got his belt buckle from an Imperial citizen...
Good old Warhammer Quest was one of the best games GW did, so detailed, so playable, and really gave the chance to build character profiles...
