    how do you usualy put the the lightning claws on the leader and the assault marines. i plan to use a stndard space marin commander to make it. at first i thought that you could just buy the arms then put tham on but what about the default arms on the commander and i this if i did that it would work on the marines tell me if im wrong. if i have to cut off the old ars ill needd some sugs how. sorry about the big shmeal. thanks.

    You'll get a better response in the conversion forum instead, so I moved it.

    As to your question, the first problem is buying left and right lightening claw arms for a regular marine. You can't. You will have to buy terminator arms with lightning claws, cut off the terminator shoulder pads, and use the fist part on the regular arms. That means you'll have to cut off the bottom of the regular arms as well.

    Another option is to add blades to the fist on the regular arms. Knives, Dark Eldar bitz, Teeth from a small plastic comb, etc can be used.

    Suggestions how to cut; I'd recommend a dremel tool (rotary hobby tool) or a razor saw.
