These look really cool!
As someone who will be embarking on a speed freek Waaagh! at the beginning of next year, I'm subscribed.
Is it just the light or are your reds a bit darker than the norm? If they are I think it looks better like that IMO I reckon I'll be using a darker shade of red on my Evil Sunz just to make them different hehe
Can't wait to see more orkyness!!
The basecoat for most of the armor is Red Gore, then I went back and painted spots of Blood Red over it.
My layering sytem was:
Layer 1: Skin, Snot Green
Layer 2: Most armor, Red Gore
Layer 3: Weapons, Boltgun Metal
Layer 4: Armor highlights, Blood Red
Layer 5: Weapon blade edges, Mithril Silver
Layer 6: Skin highlights, Goblin Green
Decal Work: Runes in SKull White, Blade edges got Red Gore and Blood Red, Drybrushed most of the body with Boltgun Metal (They're 'ard boyz.), Blood Red for the eyes, and Bleached Bone for the teef.
I'll do the bases when I have some spare time. :3
aye, very nice work.

total WFB: ~2000pts
I also enjoy good music, fine food, late night strolls on the beach and dancing in moonkin form :)
I'ld say to use a brighter red, especially as you've done the skin so dark.
I like: Blood red, blazing orange highlight, baal red wash.
Up, up and away!
I like it! As a fellow Ork player I must say they look good. What I will recommend is to use a brighter red scheme (on your non-'ard boyz) so your 'ard Boyz look that much more different.
