This is the most detailed and hardest model I've ever painted. But it is now finished 7 days later. I estimate around 20 hours was spent on this figure. Testament to why I hate showcase painting. Takes too long and little to show for all the effort. Armies in my opinion are more fun and just as impressive as showcase.

Ridiculously good as ever, Gareth.
Damn boy, DAMN
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

Nicely done, as always. I particularly like the soft yellow.
WOW..........nowt else i can say mate.
a super esxy mini u got there outstanding .
haha, got a few mutants on the base there, eh...
despicably well painted, i especially like the armour on his outstretched hand, nice 'n' shiny.
I think that I like the reflections in the model's armour the most. The way it is made to look shiny is very well done. The details on the banner are good. They look interesting and work well. I do think the yellow is too bright and lacks depth. Soften the yellow to prevent it from looking too bright. I think that the grey of the stone symbol on the left shoulder needs to be lightened. It is grey and grey absorbs the surround colour in this case blue. This is giving the stone an aquatic look.
that is delicious
Puts mine to shame =[
Very nice work =]
Praise be to Roboute Guilliman!
