Welcome to Librarium Online!
here is a Wraithguard unit for my Saim-Hann army ( (Mayor Quimby's Saim-Hann army WIP)link to WIP Project thread), which I painted some months ago.
I am not too happy about the red (even if it is slightly better in real life)... I tried Citadel Mechrite Red foundation paint but I was not too happy about the coverage and the final look. Since then I started using Vallejo Carmine Red + German Camo Brown to paint red undercoat, it is easier to me to have a solid, even coat of pain.
Freehand on the heads turned out nice IMO. I tried different patterns and this is the one I like the most (I will probably use this patter again, for example on the Scorpion tank).
Hope you will like them, as usual tips, feedback and constructive criticism are appreciated.
Now the unit needs a Warlock (which I am painting right now) to babysit the 'guards and a Wave Serpent to carry them on the battlefield...
I love it! The freehand is really good, I like it a lot. The red and the cream work really well. Kudos on this army, I love the rest of your army as well.
I LOVE the freehand on the heads, the red isn't great as you say, but it doesn't need to be as the rest of the model is of such high standard that you can look past it without seeing it, I did before I read the post. Its only when you drew attention to it I noticed it.
EDIT: By the red isn't great, I mean it isnt as eyedroppingly WOW as the rest of it. Its still pretty darned good.

I am particularly fond of the gem work you've done on these guys. The freehand is also done quite lovely. I think the red looks fantastic, really. I mean unless you were going for that fire engine red, which I don't much care for anyway. Well done!
Gems? What gems? I'm too busy admiring the patterned wraithbone.
That's awesome dude.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
I think they look great. The free hand pattern is very eye catching and would look great on a Scorpion tank. For a undercoat you can also try out Vallejo hull red, I have been using that for my reds.
