Welcome to Librarium Online!
Wait... they are black and gold only? No complimentary colors? Mothing? A little red, some blue or even white somewhere...
I like them but you could use another non metallic color on them!
Thanks to all the people showing faith in me
I sometimes feel that everyone will leave me and they will be on their own...
I think both the black and gold could use some depth, they seem very 'the same colour'
Also, on the gold, it looks quite blothy. Thin your paints, and use multiple layers untill it looks right. PErhaps basecoat it with something like Dheneb stone to give a nice light base colour to work on?

I know they dont have enough contrast. However im at a loss at what other color to paint them and where. Also I will try to thin my paints so it doesnt look so blotchy.
Also im going to my local hobby store and if there are any paints you think i should pick up while im there then plz name them!
You might want to buy brown ink to dim the gold so it will be good to go;without alot of hassle to try and thin the paints.I use that and it looks pretty good I'll post some pics here for you if you want.
You might consider getting a finer brush for the smaller parts. The red on the marine's eyes looks sloppy. I'd try to keep the gold off of the recesses of the aguilas and the joints on the armor. Highlighting the armor would make it look infinately better also.
For golds, I like using Vallejo Brassy Brass as a base. It covers nicely. You can then highlight the edges with gold and some mithril silver.
For the black, you could either use a lighter grey or a blue, not sure what would work better.
For the script, trying thinner lines without so much vertical variance. It makes it look more like a dogtooth patterned cloth vs. purity seal with script. If you need to, find a fine artist pen and use that for your fine lining.
