In the shadows you will only find death
i like the colours , needs much highlights though , instead of painting your whites completely white , paint them bleached bone then highlight with white ( for a dirty white look ) or paint them space wolves grey and highlight with white ( for a nice bluey white look ) practice makes perfect

Good but they need ink. Get some chestnut or brown ink for the gold and brown. Use watered down grey paint over the robes.
Yep, they will look ten times as good with some inks and drybrushing. It will give them more depth.

Yeah use the drybrush technique and use inks for highlights.
