Overall, a solid job. If I had to pick on something it would be to use some Badab Black and ring the tips of the missiles to give some demarcation from the launcher itself. Nice work though.
The simplest thing that I can suggest for this mini (and, indeed, Tau in general) would be to try out some "extreme", or edge, highlights.
Grab a lighter, brighter version of the base colour (ie, if your grey is shadow grey, use either straight space wolf grey, or a mix between shadow and space wolf...), and a brush with a decent point.
Thin the paint down so it flows nicely (probably about 3 parts water to 1 part paint, or something similar... best way to figure out the right ratio of paint to water is to try it out), then dip the brush about half into the paint.
Then, run the edge of the brush along the edge of the model. This should leave a thin line of bright paint along the edge. Repeat, along every edge you can see, but probably avoiding the lower/bottom edges.
