Everything about this guy is strong work except the bone cloth in the front. The highlight seem very stark and not at all in line with the quality of the rest of the mini. Still, great painting on a really nice sculpt.

The bone colored cloth is one of those things that looks better in real life than in photographs... I does look a bit stark. However, from more than a foot away (and especially on the table) it looks really good.
Hopefully someday I can paint to a quality that looks great both in pictures and on the table.

Nice solid paintjob, 'though I shall echo the comment about the bone cloth... Just a little too big a leap, I feel.
The gold staff also seems a little flat, to me, although there isn't much you can do about the haft, without considering the 'scary' freehand route.
I like the red a lot, as well as the white, and the nicely neat detailing.
Lots of pizazz.
