This the the first test figure from a squad or to that I'm going to make up. I used parts from the dark elf corsair box set and bits from the dark eldar warrior box set.
Im going to base them all like this It will follow the theme of my jet bikes and raiders base. It all so keep the cape of the ground
Nice. I like it. It adds to the assassin from the shadows feel.

I like it, it looks great, one thing though I would change is the head, I think one of the big downside to the Dark Eldar range is there heads, I would say try using some guardian heads if you have them, they might look good.
But overall it looks very good

Really liking these, and I'm always happy to see I'm not the only one with an idea. In fact its beginning to seem common (if you can call anything Dark Eldar common) And it seems everyone who has done this has gone about it in their own way. You seem to have gone for mostly Warrior parts, just using the body and cape from the Corsairs. I've used a fair amount of the Corsair box, which I must admit has given them a much more baroque feel, but then that suits the aim of the unit. (I'll be making a couple of units to represent my Dracon's warband with the Kabal as a whole).
One thing I'd be interested to know is how you went about making the warrior heads fit onto the Corsair bodies. On the few models in the unit I got the helmets onto it was a real struggle as I was unsure of how to fix the flat bottom of the helmet and then the neck of the Corsairs.
Looking forward to seeing more of these.
