I want to know if there are any substitutes to GW water effects which is cheaper so i can make my diorama.
Cheapest ever, PVA glue. Also known as white glue/wood glue/elmers glue. You can get it for about £1 per litre.
You have to let it dry properly for it to go clear, and it isn't tacky, so you can't shape it into waves or ripples but it works for puddles and stuff.
