How would you go about painting blond hair? I was thinking of using snakebite leather as a base and working in some bonewhite with the base as a highlight until a final highlight of bonewhite. (Bonewhite is a vallejo color that closely matches bleached bone for those that don't know) Any suggestions our ideas.
How I like doing blond hair is starting with bestial brown as a base, then highlight with bubonic brown, and finally a only getting the very raised edges with bleached bone, comes out looking very nice. I have a few models which I have used this colour scheme with, but sadly i don't have a camera, or a good camera to get pictures with. but try it out on, it's real quick to do, hopefully this helps you out

Cervantes: In order to attain the impossible, one must attempt the absurd.
Bubonic brown is a nice start for blonde hair, Highlight up with bleach bone and then white.
They do still make bubonic brown right?
