You'll need some kind of Narthecium
And perhaps a special backpack:
And the model you show is already a normal space marine, with just the two bits i showed just now, as the command squad space marine has a different torso, shoulderpad and helmet:
All those bits are from the Command set box, there are also a few older, metal apothecary models.
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.
Voor alle nederlanders:
The Dutch Legion
Zem pretty much rounds it up - if you don't want to get the command squad, I would suggest getting onto a bits website and going crazy
Battlewagon Bits, Bitzbox and Bits and Kits spring to mind as good options I've personally used in the past...
If you're any good with conversions, I'm sure you could model yourself a narthecium & reductor relatively easily using green stuff/plasticard/household items (such as paper clips etc.). Beyond that, you just need to get the arm and potentially backpack, as Zema suggested.
