I adopted a cute lil' Scotty fetus
from Fetusmart! Hooray fetus! </a>
What about mixin the two of them together?
To paint the swarm quick simply do not use other colors for the flesh. Just paint the basic color then drybrush the second on it. If it is too dark then add another layer of drybrush using white(yellow)+redgore mix

Please do not get annoyed on my spelling: i am not a native speaker...
Or you could try inking: Paint the mini your lightest colour, then ink over with a black/red ink mix.
Quick and easy. You can then drybrush a little on top to bring out the details more.
