1. I've heard of a liquid I can dip my miniatures in that takes off all the pain and prime, would anyone know what liquid this is and where I could get it?
2. I always read of mixing pains, using like a 2:1 mixture or something of the sort. What is the best way to measure the ratios or keep track of how much needs to be added and such.

1. Simple green is the answer but the models do not have to stay in long at all. Just check it every few minutes.
2. Most hobby stores sell a mixing kit, complete with pipettes and mixing bottles.
i usually go for 3 days it works nice, Tekore says 3-5, he said he did 8-10 hours and my lowest was 24 witch needed much scrubbing and didnt remove some really tight spots
here is Tekore's stripping guid on the Tutorial forum.
the whole 2:1 thing is pretty much an approximate (though sometimes precise) guide for how much of one thing to another. usually drops or as fallvictim said brush loads.
hope this answered/helped you out.
