Got the Idea from the WoW Wrath of the Lich King.
Do you think its a good idea to make like a frozen chaos army
more power to you:
post some ideas up how your thinking about doing it, this community is very good at C&C
I thought about that once, it would be cool to see it done well. I thought that an interesting way to do them might be to use water effects to create ice on them. You could give them icicles by slowly adding more and more water effects in one spot as each addition of water effects dries. Things like snow on the bases would help to make them look colder.
Would this be a 40k or fantasy chaos army? I think the idea sounds interesting but would be a bit of a challenge to do. I agree with leech on using some water effects to give the frozen look and icicles. You can pour the water effects on some wax paper and let it harden then cut out icicles from it. I would be interested in seeing what you end up doing.
For bases you could either use water effects to make ice, or do glue and baking soda for snow, or both!
If your want to REALLY go all out on it, for some of them you can put places where their armor has eroded to show frosted skeleton, or have icicles on parts of them. That would be totally sick.
You could try to convert some special ice-Daemons too and use them as whatever type of Daemon works in your army. Ghouls might be good for this. Or you could try frozen skeletons and Zombies.
suitably converted dryads would make nice looking ice daemons.
