This is an old project, an HAlf-Melee Carnifex

I hope you like it^^
Very nicely painted although I dont really think the colour scheme works and think that the pink on say the tusks detracts from the models not add to it.
The carapace however is excellently painted
I also have to give credit to how the relatively simple techniques with carefully added details such as the spots on the 'tail' create a very impressive mini that I expect doesnt have the huge painting time to match.

yeah carapace is the thing I v worked much on it!next time I'll show you the flying king
I think it looks really nice. Can't say I even noticed the pink until I read the comments. I think the colour scheme is amazing, and your painting is fantastic! Really nice stuff!
you are a beast, very original and striking color schemes/models you have there.
Add me! Let me know your forum name too! =)
That Carnifex is cool. I think my favourite part is the tail. The pattern on the tail is very interesting and works well to fill in that blank area. The carapace is good too and I think the colour scheme is interesting. I think you could of done the teeth better though, teeth are an important feature on Tyranids, the eyes could of done with a little more emphasis too. Very good Carnifex.
I like the carni, the carapace is especially well done in my opinion. I admit, the red does seem slightly out of place alongside the blue. The base is quite good looking though.
I?m happy you like the inusual tail, I make mani scheme for all big creatures in the army, my tirants have a tiger scheme tail for example! ^^
Sweet... nice paint jub, striking colours, awesome detail... yep... looks like another piece of art by sunfalcon.
