    first of all this is a really bad question just because its well just a bad question.
    and last of all this is just a bad question if you want help like this go to gw and ask them there.

    I suggest using paint, and maybe a paintbrush.
    GW already has a guide for it: Painting Be'lakor
    98% of the teenage population does or has tried smoking pot.
    The other 2% are smart enough to question the 'science' behind that number...
    And it's spelled EMPEROR!

    Stick to pink and green, and shade it down with watered down yellow..



    No, seriously, paint it the way you want, and make it different from the studio Be'lakor. It's worth it to have an original paint job. You'll probably want him to be dark, so go for a black undercoat. I'd do the rest with the drybrush technique, exept the eyes.
