As i have already gotten idaes for the rules i now come over here for the modelling part!
Gregor Eisenhorn was once a puritian inquisitor who fought for the good of the imperium. But as he began to prosecute the heretics of the imperium he came acorss acient chaos artifacts. These included the blasphemous Necoherte (excuse my spelling) and the malleus codicum. The necoherte he destroyed twice, but the malleus codicium he kept, to learn from. From it he learned how to summon daemonhosts and other assorted heretical things.
During his travels he fought the famed quixos, who had fallen from the emperors grace many years before, and although he defeated him quixos presence had a lasting impression on him.
My plan for an army will use the chaos codex or deamnonhunters whichever workd best. However it will have some converted inquisitors from the Daemonhunters, or witch hunters range. It will probably be a cult devoted to following of khorne. I will include chaos space marines who are "helping the inquisitor reach his dream of demonhood". However i will also be including imperial guardsmen who have also falling with the inquisitor.
I want my inquisitor to have a deamon sword, marine aromur like john Blache's converted inquistitors, especially the converted blood angels character which i REALLY want to replicat, becuase it looks alot like quixos in a way. Im here to ask you guys how you would go about a mounumental task like this.
Wow, thats a difficult one, I soppose you'll just have to go with the "count as" rule starting with the SM codex, you can just use normal marine rules for chaos marines, assualt marines as raptors, etc. from there you can add deomon hunters and imp. guard as you wish......there allowed in SM armies right?
Please dont give me rep because I dont think that was very helful.
just saying what me thinks.

Well, I think knowing the rules will help us steer you in the right direction (e.g., it's impossible to have Inquisition, Space Marines and IG all in the same army), but it seems as though you want:
-- Chaos marines: Regardless of what these "count as" in game, it's kind of a no-brainer that you'll need a box of plastic chaos marines to start with, if not more than one. I'd stick with weapons options that are common to both SM and CSM codices until you figure out what you want. It might make sense to pick up either a CSM or SM box set of five guys (Space Marine version is the "combat squad") that has exactly the same models as the regular tactical squad box (I am NOT talking about the snap-together "learn to play" sets. That's different.), and use them to make some "extra" guys carrying other weapons so you can mix and match later on as your list evolves.
-- Fallen IG: Again, I'd use "regular" IG. Picking up a couple boxes of Cadian Shock Troops are a good start (while you can. They're gonna get phased out when the new IG codex comes out). Be prepared to "chaosify" them. You could also get one box Cadian, one box Catachan, and mix and match them together. Any bare skin should be adorned with freehand painted "tattoos" of chaos symbols, etc. You might consider scratching them into shoulder pads, helmets, etc., preferably over loyalist symbology to represent the corruption. Also, make sure any armour or weapons they wear or carry looks banged up or aged, to show that it has fallen into disrepair.
To go the extra mile, pick up some of those zombie heads and do some "head swaps." If you have the cash, pick up that squad of fallen guardsmen that Forge World makes. Those guys would look good. Also, Pig Iron miniatures offers VERY cheap packets of all kinds of different heads you might find inspirational to your cause.
Needless to say, if you go with inducted IG, some chaos-ified vehicles are a must
-- Radical Inquisitor (+ retinue?): This shouldn't be difficult, or overly expensive, but it may prove labor-intensive (but worth it!). If you are representing Eisenhorn, there's quite a few images out there of him, and a 50mm Inquisitor game model, too. No, you can't use that in 40k, but it will still give you an idea of what he looks like. Also, use the novel for inspiration, too (one of the only BL books I've read cover to cover).
As to how to build him, it depends in large part on what he's carrying for equipment. Based on the novel cover, he'll need an ornate bolt pistol and a staff. The staff could be made with the shaft from the Space Marine command squad standard bearer. The head could be pretty much anything, but a plastic skull and the plastic Iron Halo you'll find in a few places will get you in the neighborhood. Heck, the standard carried by the SM commander in the Assault on Black Reach set is topped off with something that would be darned near perfect. That same commander model also has a very ornate bolter that you might be able to get and use, or else you can "pretty up" almost any bolt pistol you find out there.
Otherwise, just about any kind of body and arm parts attached together would do. You'll probably want to greenstuff a cloak/cape/coat, which may be tricky depending on your skills. The head should be a good one, and I'd almost consider going outside the GW range to find something that stands out (the IG sargeant bare head is somewhat lacking, I think--booooooring!). Maybe, if you pick up some Pig Iron heads, you can find a package that includes a head you'd like using.
For retinue, again, it really depends on what the rules and your fluff dictates. Are you looking to reproduce characters from the book? A new retinue? Either way, have a look at the Inquisition retinue single models (from both DH and WH) for ideas. You'll be doing so much converting, I fear you'll overload if you have to build the WHOLE retinue from scratch, but if you must, well, again, it depends. Come back and ask when you have an idea what you want there.
Good luck, and post pics!
That is my beast idea, that is how I did my Inquisitor, Haagen Ulfshark, I loved him untill he suddenly died in a lake of hard surface cleaner to give life for a new one.
And I would use necromunda models for traitor guard but they are expensive.
Alright ive done alot of research and, agree with everything you all have said!!! Im ready to begin my monumental project as soon as i finish my last squad of SM and their leader. Im going with the daemon hunters rules and im going to convert my IMP guard like you said canew. Ill have to order the Pig iron heads from another company, but i know i want rebel heads. Also ill see about finding some forgeworld models and im going to get thier alpha level + physkers, as mystics. Still havnt decided on my inquistior but it might be converted blood angel character Blood Angels Mephiston, Lord of Death. Or mabey not.... I will have 3 daemonhosts one hopefully cherubale of the inquisitor range, and the other two daemonhosts.
The colors will be a dark red armour, and fallen guard leggings will be a raggady greyish.
Ill keep you updated!
Go with IG and take Space Marine Allies if you can pull it off, I'm not up to date on the whole allied armies thing, but if you can pull it off that would work really well.
Either that or go with Daemonhunters because they you get Marine (esque) models as well as Imperial Guard models.
Chaos limits you the most, in my opinion, I'm gunna have to take a look at any new book that may have come out but from what I remember they don't have rogue IG there.
Oh, wait... you are talking modeling here, not rules...
Um... sorry I got nothing, the only advice I could think of was to look at Fantasy's Wood Elves, but their heads work better for Adeptus Mechanicus, not so much rogue IG.

Can't have IG and Space Marines in the same army. You could use =I= stormies AND have allied Marines. Just say the storm troopers are part of the =I= Lord's private army or hired guns ala Lucius Worna (did you read the Ravenor books too? If you liked Eisenhorn check em out.) The only problem is that =I= stormtoopers won't be getting the rumoured AP3 hellguns or access to Valkyres (spelled it wrong, sorry) so they'll be less effective-but most likely cheaper- than the newly imroved IG stormtroopers.
Maybe you could use the new Guard Codex? Or you could swap codexes whenever you feel like it. Use the daemon hunters codex with appropriate models when you like or use the IG codex with appropriate models whenever you like. Most of the troopers will be interchangable anyway. (except the Chaos Marines.) Hope that helps

Well aparently in the DH codex you can have an imperial guard army acomipied by inquistion (becuase they can do whatever they want...). I read it some where in the DH codex. Also if i can get acess to Valyries with the new codex then i will be THRILLED!
Also on the modeling side does any1 know what a Evesiator is? It must be like a daemonhammer decause i have to strike last with it but it really sounds sowrdish. Anyone know?
