I looked for warhammer bitz on google, but it seems most of them are sold out of what I want. And there are WAY too many websites to sift through in the sticky.
I just want the heads so I can give them to my Bretonnian Paladin/Lord as trophies of his kills. I really like some of the DnD dragons (or the ones I saw like 8 years back) as well as the new Warhammer HE dragons. Any tips would be appreciated.

Well there was a lego set that I once had (but got rid of after a while) it was a medievil one and it came with a 2 dragons, and they were really detailed (as far as I could remember) they where roughly the size of HE dragons.
So just look around the different lego brands and sets and you'll be bound to find a good deal.

Do you have any friends who are High Elf players, as they may have spare Dragon heads? Else I would recommend sculpting or looking on eBay for bits, I have a few Dragons (including several of Imrik's old dragon) but unfortunately no spare heads.
Another alternative would be the Malekith Dragon, as I believe that the Dragon is plastic-bodied, but with a metal alternate head.
Finally, the Dragon Masters Dragon could be another good choice, if you can get the appropriate model from soemwhere...

You could try bartertown. Thats a great trading site but its got its risk of being ripped off like ebay. Bartertown: Warhammer and Gaming Material For Sale • Index page.
But i have got a good few trades from there as well. Constantley check those bit sites they update on a regular basis so you willl never know they might have some in later or tommorrow even.
expanding on dutchie's lego suggestion, I've seen quite a few people using mega blocks dragons parts for conversions. They seem to have a range of reasonably detailed head. I fear that buying a set may cost as much as a GW dragon and finding the eads seperatly may be just as hard.
