Hello. These are some Genestealers I have painted up. I now have a fair number of Genestealers to play about with but I do want more, I have been a little lazy in painting them recently. They are lots of fun to make. There are three different broods of them. Normal Genestealers first then Acidstealers (because they are goey) and some Brainstealers (they eat brains). The Acidstealers are the newest of the lot and have some goo (green ink + water effects) on their bases to show where they have drooled. Comments and criticism welcome.
Damn you leech. Stop sowing off. damn you and your talents. Just out of interest, are you a scorpio Rep.
Vampire Counts Progress Log [W:2 D:1 L:1]
I don't like the scheme too much but the quality of your work is brilliant.
Damn, those things are awesome! I love the brainy look on the back of their heads, and I like Tyranids with purple as the main colour of their flesh and something greenish for their carapace. I was actually considering doing something along these lines if I ever returned to 40k to play my first army, Tyranids again, but I'm sure my results would be nowhere near as good! I also thing that Tyranids are one of the only armies that can get away with a "Shiny" look and still look realistic. The other would probably be Nurgle, as that's meant to be all dirty and slimy!
Damn I like that purple stuff!
As usual, stunning. The colour scheme you've chosen is incredible, and you really are a master of drybrushing
I like the selsctive use of gloss finishing. Not really a technique I see too often off my own workbench .
How dare you speak out against LO! I shall beat you with a giant inflatable duck and then ban you to the lowest level of hell! ~Karmoon
