I bought GW's sculpting tool and... well... it's a bit lacking. I need some round edges, scoops, triangles, rounded pieces, etc. I've been using my diamond files after the piece is dry but I want something to get better results in he pre-drying phase, and to avoid using diamond files on anything shy of metals.
So, I think I want to get some clay shapers and some other things. Any suggestions?
I'll be working more with organic pieces at the moment (musculature of a minotaur, and later the fur of them, horns, etc) but will be working on hard edges in the future (armour, and chaos symbols for the minotaurs, IG tanks, and that sort of stuff).
So any advice would be welcome.

Search the forumns.
There is some really good stuff on making your own sculpting tools.
Also have a look for Gale Force 9 products, (GF9). They tend to be cheaper and more versatile than GW. they do a 3 set of tools for the price of GWs one and they also do an advanced tool set with something like 12 tools.
I'll look for a link.

http://www.gf9.com/retailers/ has a list of distributors. There's one in Pennsylvania so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding an outlet.
