    Tau Commander, with a Pose..

A mate of mine finally fell in the conversion pool, and did a little something with his Tau commander..
He found inspiration on another site and tried to work out 2 specifications for his commander, and made it look like this.

The light went a little wrong on the last two photos, but you get the idea..
He didnt have any GS, so worked around this by covering with te shield gen. where the most obvious space was.. And yeah, mold lines need some work, but this will be added before painting. ^^

Not bad - I like his funky hat!

The sensor spines on the back are a nice touch as well.

I know you said he doesn't have any green stuff, but if possible he might want to look in to getting some (or an alternative modelling putty) as the gaps on the side of the jetpack are very difficult to cover with paint!
Rabbit; Our Tau community has the talent of figuring out how to turn a feather into a timebomb. Macgyver would be jealous.
8people; Honey, why is my fluffwars story your shopping list?

Very creative, I like it! One question, is the foot just glued to the barrel or is it pinned? Seems like it could be fragile without some reinforcement.

The pose is great! the head reminds me of this:

LOL, right on! He should paint him lime green with red "feathers".

It's pinned to te barrel, oterwise it wouldn't stand with the small amount of surface touching. (:

    - And for the GS. We're working on that now, so he can finish the little details on the mini.

Pinned all the way into the leg or just the foot? Ankles aren't particularly strong.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
