Welcome to Librarium Online!
I just wanted to post a WIP Completed thread.. Thanks to all who've been following this in the projects forum..
Anyone interested can use this LINK (Brass Scorpion of Khorne - WIP) to see this projects difficult birth
Therefore, without further ado I present to you.. my current opus.. the considerable thorn in my side, quite possibly the most fiddly, time consuming conversion that I have ever attempted.. (Until I get the New Chaos Reaver.. or go completely mad and try to scratch build a Lord of Battles)
The New and Improved (and quite Khorny even if I do say so myself) Great Brass Scorpion of Khorne
Thoughts and opinions are as always.. welcome
Current Army Status - Chaos - 15000 points, Orks (BadMoonz) - 3000 Points - Space Wolves - 4000 Points, Necrons - 2000 Points.
The addition of the skulls has made it X1000000 times better. Brilliant work.

That's well done. I must get me a giant bug-bot like that. I like what you have done to make this model your own and convedrting something that expensive is risky (what if it had gone wrong) so I praise your bravery. The skulls are a good touch. I think the skulls make it less shy about what it is, a Daemon-psycho-bug-bot. The runes from the brass etch are good too. The Brass scorpion is meant to have special rules about it's blood god runes but has almost no runes on it. I think you adding more is good.
The way you have done the trim red and the armour brass is good too. It is like an inverted version of the typical Khorne colour scheme. Also I can see why you did as you were covering so much of it with skulls there needed to be an area where the red was more visible. I think that you could try a bit of shading with watered down black where the red and brass meet, it will help to add more depth to it and bring out the different colours. Good work and reppy for you.
