When this guy is completed will i need to prime the green stuff for best results or is it fine to leave and just basecoat? Clicky!
I'm not hugely experienced with greenstuff, but as far as I know it's fine to prime it and paint it in exactly the same way you would a normal model. That's what I did with my greenstuffed High Elf Swordmaster unit and it was fine.
Thou shalt remember:
Warhammer Fantasy armies do NOT have Codices. They have Army Books.

I've always found it fine to prime straight onto green stuff.
I have had no problem priming straight over green stuff. I even use vaseline on my fingers and tools. After letting it sit for a day or two it pretty much evaporates and the primer sticks fine even to that.
