So i've modeled some chosen as slaneesh and i'm wondering anyone have a paint scheme idea to help at a glance show their Slaneesh and chosen. i know i want to go with pink/black but i use that for my regular slaneesh marines. what could i do to them to make them stand out as Chosen besides modeling more spikes/tendrils and such.
Painting: 20 quarrelers
ive seen slaneshii Chosen with free hand faces painted on the shoulder pads, warped faces and all that.
Another thing is, i seen a cool unit that had the majority of the marines witout helmets, so you could use warped faces, to add a much stronger slaneshi (well chaos in general) feel to it.

The Chosen of Slaanesh will be further down the path of depravity than the warriors around them. So will need more extreme stimulus to 'get them going'. Background wise they painted their armour in vibrant greens and yellows. Like the old Noise marines with sonic weapons.
Up to you though. Scopion green and bad moon yellow sounds painful to me. But I've seen it done well and it looks pretty cool.
You could go for Black highlighted up with darkangels green. Then harsh highlight with snot and then scorpion green. Gloss it when thats done. It makes their armour appear as if its made out of Obsidian. That looks cool,
You could do them white. White may give them idea that they wear white as a mockery of the purity of others. It will also show that they consider themselves to be special, Slaaneshi types are often ego-maniacs. Puritans often wear white to show they are good. They are the elite of the most depraved people in the universe and they will consider themselves utterly pure in how degenrate they are. White might show they are uniquely foul but in a different way and make them look like elite evil-doers.
