Anyone ever gotten some flat Krylon or other spray paint and sprayed these as a base coat. Keeps from seeing brush strokes, is quick, and cheap.
I was just wondering if it was a good idea.
I might not even take them off the sprues first.
I have had fine results with spray paints, flat Krylon black and white is what I use for primer. If you want to use colors just find one you like and give it a try, it really depends on the color you are going for. Tamiya paints, make some good spary colors as well, but are fairly pricey for a small can. You can find them at a hobby store.
