Welcome to Librarium Online!
Wow, for your first paint job in 2 years that is awsome as, i really like metalics and his skin is awsome as.
but i do have one critisism, its the booties, they seem to clean, perhaps some weathering is in order, scratches? mud?
Rep, for the effort and skill.

He looks pretty good but some of the photos are a little blurry. There are some great photo guides around but a simple trick is to put him on a curved sheet of blank paper (curved so he's standing on it and it curves up behind him- I use the wall my desk is up against), this gets rid of the clutter in the background and makes the model clearer. Also check out the Macro option on your camera- it'll make sure all the model is in focus rather than just one bit. If that gives you trouble then move the camera away from the model and then zoom back in- it has a similar effect.
Have you tried the new washes? Some of those would look really good on the yellow/brown you've used there (IMHO). Also maybe try and add some scratches and wear points to the spikes on his armour and boots. It's simple to do and adds a lot of character. I've just noticed you did a good job of it on his banner, so you must have a reasonable grip on the technique.

No more NG spearmen, thanks! Now I need some pump-wagons!
I did a bit of weathering on the yellow armour sections and will be doing the weathering around the boots and trousers once I do the bases.
I have now finished the nobz squad and again just have a few touch ups and the 2 helmets + bases:
C&C would be greatly appreciated.
I just need to make up my mind now as to do the squad of boys or the deff koptas...
I'm painting orks now myself and must say your orks looks pretty good! Will be a good looking tabletop army!
Nice, not bad. 2 years isnt that long, though the hiatus didn't rust you skills at all!
I see you are on Dakka Dakka as well, lol.

Looking good, and nice to see another Ork joining the fray. =D Not much to add really, you're definitely better than tabletop standard.
Terrific looking Orks!
