Looks cool, I like it! Maybe a little too big for a Deff Dread, but I can't really tell.
Id say it would be a sic def dread.
I don't think that there is any ork vehicles that have ever really had a specific size range, other than maybe a def dread not being as big as a warlord titan or anything.
Id say large man+ to mid sized vehicle is probably a fairly safe bet for a defdread.
Make an APOC datasheet and call it a mega deff dred
Making it a Mega Deff Dread actually sounds good.
Thanks for the idea Ooglatjama.
For size issues....a normal guardsmen's head comes up to the red line on front...just above those metal tusk.
That is awesome, and I don't see why you are complaining about the paint job. The rusty metal is befitting perfectly and as you say, looks very Orky. Perfect as a Deff Dread or any custom unit you can conjure.
The model is very original and really stands out, it's great. What did you make it out of?
Absolutely amazing. Looks like it could be used as a Looted Wagon, even.
Part used in this???
Being true to Ork design, I used ANYTHING available...
40K bits...(Imperial tank sprue and Ork Truck sprue leftovers mainly)
Gundam Bits...(a lot of giant robot action figures mix mashed into this thing)
An Omega Boost Action figure...(if anyone ever played that game other than me)
And some random bits that looked to be ok.
I figure this is how a real Mek does a job.
