Today i bought the battlesuit commander and im looking at the metal pieces in the box and there's 2 heads, so im wondering if they are representing something? or GW is just giving players the choice of 3 heads to choose from (2 metal, 1 plastic).
Any ideas? or do you know? hmm?
Tau equipment have very few "official" models; things like multitrackers, target locks, etc. can be represented in a myriad of different ways. I believe GW was just giving players a larger variety of options (and squeezing a couple bucks out of a regular Crisis Suit box, with a few extra heads and weapons included) to differentiate your Commander from a regular Crisis Suit. To my knowledge, the extra bits on the heads don't represent anything special unless you want them to.
