I like the green, though the part reflecting on the skin doesn't look like it worked out to well.

The paint looks very thick, you should try watering it down before applying it to your models.
I agree, the paint is too thick. You should work on the details like her eyes and that thing she's wearing on her head. You could do more with her base so she has more variety of colour. I think that a green Sorceress is fun though, the Snot Queen
Well, she looks pretty good, but there could be one or two things that could be done to improve her.
if your looking to try again, id surgest juicing the greens on her and shading the skin a deep purple, and highlight it all the way up to white; a very cold effect.
