They look good. I like the work on the Farseer's prow. I think that helps to make him look like the boss. They do look good as a unit. I think it would of been better if more of them had been holding the handlebars of the bikes. They are well done overall I think. Reppy for you.
Like Leech said, they would have looked a bit better if more of them were holding onto the handlebars, but other than that they look really good. I particularly like the work on the front of the warlock jetbikes.
Thou shalt remember:
Warhammer Fantasy armies do NOT have Codices. They have Army Books.

Nice work, I agree with Leech. I do however think the white might be overly thick in places, most notable on the front of the last two photos. But then again it might be the lighting.
"They can ride their bikes with no handlebars, no handlebars, no handlebars"
also, the tassels on their heads make it look like they're flying sideways. I you'd clip them off and turn them back, it would look like the jetbikes are going forwards.
I really like the conversions but I agree with those who have said the white is a little thick in places. The models themselves are really good, however, and my only complaint about some of them is that the tassels on their heads are sideways as arishnakoger mentioned. The legs do look a bit puny for the models, but there's really not a lot you can do about that.
