Here is a baner that I printed out the basic design template for from a Bolter and Chainsword template a few years ago, but finished painting and sealing it this weeked:
its in my Space Wolves album, and has been scanned in at 720 dpi, if you want to obtain this at the original resolution, PM me and I will see what I can do ( I went a little too overboard on the pyromancy - using a jet lighter to produce burn effects on paper banners is not recommended!):
Raise the model on a scenic base and put a brass rod as the cross bar for the width, problem solved
On the topic of the painting: Is quite nicely done, the bolter is a little bit off in shape but elsewise nicely done thats the only small qualm that i could find, the burning is quite a nice effect as well .

thanks for the feeback though, will take a look and see what I can do to revamp it a little.
Beautifully done. The wear and tear you portrayed on it is especially nice. Good job!
Post it again when you get it mounted on your mini.

Me like. Banners can sometimes get a bit OTT but the simple 'for russ' say's it all really
No how to include LO in a banner .... hmm
I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand

Yup that's certainly one awesome banner. Have some rep.
The banner looks great, as well as the battle damage.
