I've done this guy up to a point. Now I'm not sure what else to add.
It is meant to reflect a scorpion exarch. Hence the wrist mounted weapon on the arm with the power claw.
I was thinking about a small blade off the top of his helmet or perhaps some tastles off the back of it as well (but not sure how to do this easily without doing 50 tastles or something.
could also make the power sword into a chainsaw with some plastic card (that would be easy and a good start for a novice with plasticard?)
Any other ideas would be most welcome.
ps: he is meant to be stalking. a difficult emotion to get when the thing has long legs....

Dear Game Developer,Caps-Lock, its like cruise-control for AWESOMENESS!
Rock is cheese, Paper is just fine
WWP and other Dark Eldar how to
Dreads? perhaps not a full head of dreads, but perhaps a few beads on a string sorta deal?
You could do this quite easily by making a long strand of GS, and, with a tool, make small dents into this. A dented circle, do this a cople of times, and it'll look like beads on a string.
And perhaps some mandibles? They are the thing that makes the scorpo helmet distinct, along with the tassles. edit: Damn you did this already!
Apart from, good job!

Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

The Dutch Legion
You can add the hair thats on the back of the helmet, flowing in hte wind. The chansaw would be a good idea as itl suit a scorpian better. For the base id add some trees and bushes as if it were actually stalking pople in a forest.
Nice work so far, I like the pose. I agree with what's been said, the mandibles on the side of the head would add something to it. I however think the claw needs a bit of work. It just doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the mini. I would attempt to make it look more like a crabs claw - ie give it a casing for the claw itself, the bare blade looks out of place to me.
That thing is cool. You could try to do some dreads on the bacl of it's head. Perhaps one dread which is longer and bigger than normal. You could make it curve back like a scorpions tail. Or you could do it like the top of the scorpion Phoenix lords head.
