I have always really liked the objective markers that have appeared in the big rulebooks, as well as all the nifty stuff that the forum members have come up with. I have no idea why I haven't made any until now, and it really is easy.
So here are a few made from little more than reaching into my bitz box and gluing them to a base.
They will be painted up soon.
This little guy is from the Terminator Lord box, mounted to an awesome resin base that looks neat, but doesn't have room for a marine.
This clock was in a bitz grab bag from a vendor at a Con in CA. What a cool piece, even if it's from some squarebaser box.
I really like the banners you get in the various Loyalist marine boxes, and this is a good way to use them up, and have an excuse to paint them the way that was intended. (I play Chaos, after all...)
cant wait to see them painted, i did something similar with some spare chaos icons and some bottle caps, but they just dont quite compair to these!
Could you understand the beauty of the beast?
I really like them simple but very effective (getting to be a favourate line of mine that one!). I think its cool to have good objectives rather than a penny like so many use.
