WEll everyone knows I run merk orks in my army but only recently did I take it to the next level by making my company command squad orky. Another player runs a chaos guard army and so runs a chaos version of Creed and Kell. So I got thinking and made a orky version of Creed and Kell
Most of the squad is done and painted, only Kell needs to be painted. The squad consistes of three count as melta gunners made from lootas. Creed was made from a promo figure in fantasy. I green stuffed the hat and cigar, covered the fantasy ork plate on his chest with a melta bomb, and gave him a las pistol/power claw. Kell has a banner made from plasticard and is holding it in a claw. Both models where picked cuase they resemble the pose and statuer of the guard figures. Kells flag will say "For the glory of the highest bidder" in referance to they are mercs. Below the statment will be an eldar and choas symbol with X's through them and an IG symbol circled.
Im going to do another round of highlighting on the Creed figure and still need to do some touch up highlighting on the feet and lower pants of the melta gunners.
What do you think?
C&C is always welcomed.

kind of cool and original, but how will you set up rules to use them. Creed kind of has that master blaster thing from mad max 3. so that really sweet too. i can believe i didnt think of it first.
I am an Indestructible master of War.
See the little guy standing on Creed. He has the two pistols bit from the ork warboss, a great count as for twinlinked hotshot pistols. And like I said everything is just counts as; got tired of painting guardsmen. And mind you I have three full sqauds of 10 orks convered weilding las guns and with the boss poles hold aquilas and what not.
I love how you have combined the Ork and IG parts, I think that works really well. I love how you have made the IG arms look like clothing over the top of the Ork arms!
Great conversions! and really well painted also!
