For just simple cardboard and random crap, that looks rather nice. Will look muhc better when painted though. Suggestion is dont go to heavy on the paint in any one go, dont want to we teh cardboard to the point of warpage.
Thanks, in my town we have no specialist hobby shop nearby and the nearest B&Q is ages away
Yes that I learnt the hard way (im sorry imperial bunker)
Should look Ok with a rusty paint job!
I would be tempted to go with a MDF/ply/hardboard wooden base due to it being so BIG!
I think a Flakka Dakka gun in the top back bit would be right propera orky!
Ikat thanks. how do u suggest i make rivets??
Im going for rusty.
Ha funny that since thats on my 'to build list'
There are many ways to do rivets.
Medium to large sizes can be done with a leather hole punch available at your local hardware shop - Leather Hole Punch Tool - Punches - Smarter.com
Use small craft punches from a stationery shop to make small rivets. use cardboard or plasticard.
Some people roll green stuff into snakes and cut it up.
Plasticard rods cut up (expensive option)
I just tried uncooked spaghetti pasta, roll it with a sharp knife it seams to work OK, about a 50% sucess rate (eat the failures!)
Im sure that the others around here can give you some more options as well.
