I really like your first building, the outside wall with the mouldy overgrown look is very nice!
My only comment would be to use a ruler when you cut out the windows so everything is square and straight if it was meant to be made with humans hands and not ork ones.

everything is really lopsided
if you painted them a clay color it would make them look like some indigineous hand made buildings
but if they're meant to be concrete(judging from the rebar) then yes some squaring definitely needs to be done
other than that i'd say they look pretty cool and are also designed in a way that easy to play with
i like them! maybe you could have the grass growing up the wall a little?

i think the first building looks a little loop sided. the others look great for size and shape. all in all not to bad.
