I wanna make a sniper type warrior for the dark eldar but i wanna know what the best look would be.
1)something like eldar rangers but converted to look more evil (like make their faces shrouded by the hood so you can't see them)
2)warriors lieing on their stomaches with a cloak over them and a long weopon with a /\ thing at the front(like on sniper rifles
3)other (please help me with this one any ideas would be good).
Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

instead of him lying down, make him kneel down with a big long gun leaning on a fence or something, with his face right up to it, and maybe use green stuff to make one eye look closed.
if you are reading this signature, then you are wasting you're time, and i am wasting my time by writing it, so run along now, jimmy, run along.
u could use the dark lance as the long weapon. that would look heaps cool plus it will add extra "oomph" to ur armies tank hunting abilities.

i've heard alchohol makes you stupid!
No i'm . . . doesn't
Paint rangers with black cloaks and hoods, only use the hooded models. Add a few spikes to the guns as well.
The various Imperial Assassin models are handy, they're in skintight outfits with straps here and there. Swap the weapon, add some spikes and you're all set there.
To make the lying down guy, it's rather easy since you want him mostly covered. Get a cavalry base and basically glue a warrior lying down onto it. Cut the head off and reangle it so he's looking along the ground instead of at it. Make a cloak by soaking cloth with some varnish - when it dries, it'll be hard but still have texture, so you can make a gillie(sp?) suit for him that way. Take any long bore weapon you want and play around with the arm joints (ie, cut at the joints and reposition). If you have him kinda buried on dirt or whatever, you can cover some fudging with the joints, like he's really dug in.
